Choosing the Right Service

When it comes to choosing the right curtains cleaning company in Singapore, there are certain things one needs to keep in mind to ensure that curtains are thoroughly cleaned within the specific timeframe and at a decent price. Here are a few tips to choose the right curtains cleaning company.

Customer Service

There are many curtains cleaning services available in Singapore that advertise on Internet and on TV to sell their cleaning service. However, one should note that many of these companies are not able to return the cleaned curtains within the specified time frame. Most of the times, these companies take on more work than they can handle in a reasonable amount of time. They usually handle this by unnecessarily delaying the return of curtains. Therefore, one needs to check the reviews of the cleaning service whether they return the cleaned curtains within the specified time frame.

One way to check their timeliness is to give them a call at different times of the day. If they pick up the call within a few rings, it means that they take customer service seriously and understand the value of time of their clients.

License

All of the genuine companies in Singapore need to have a proper license and certification to carry out business. However, there are many unauthorized services that advertise their work at cheap rates but do not carry the proper license and certification. It is recommended to not use the services of such companies, as they do not have properly trained workers to take care of your costly curtains.

Licensed companies also ensure that they have the proper equipment to complete their work as in case of any customer complaints, they risk losing their license. On the other hand, unlicensed workers do not have any such thing to worry about and therefore, they do not take their work seriously.

Decent Price

All the genuine curtains cleaning companies in Singapore will offer to clean your curtains at a decent price. Also, they will communicate the price in a transparent manner so that you know beforehand what the curtains cleaning is going to cost. If any company does not offer you their price list, you should run far away from that company. Most of the times, these services will overcharge you a lot for cleaning.

Cleaning at Your Home

There are a few cleaning services in Singapore that offer to clean your curtains on the spot. These companies will send their properly trained professional workers to your home or office. These workers will remove your curtains and dry clean the curtains in your home. They will also install the curtains, once the work is done. This way, you do not need to wait for the return of the curtains and you are also ensured of the cleaning quality as the cleaning is done in front of you.

These are a few tips you need to keep in mind while hiring the services of a curtain cleaning company to clean your curtains.
